Manage and oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. Conduct detailed inventory analysis to ensure accurate valuation and reporting of inventory levels. Identify discrepancies and work with relevant departments to resolve issues. Perform and review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner. Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data. Mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
