Manager to join our team

The

Senior Project Manager

manages large-scale business change initiatives within Fay Financial, typically providing program governance, project management, and analytical support working across the organization to meet business objectives. The portfolio of programs changes and is reflective of business growth and control objectives. Working closely with stakeholders and project team members, the Sr. Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project execution including project plan development and tracking, process engineering, project plan execution, identification and management of project risks, data and process analytics, project documentation development, and status reporting.

What you will do for Fay:

Responsible for the successful management of enterprise projects, inclusive of scope definition, requirements definition, project planning, managing budget requirements, developing comprehensive implementation and business readiness plans, test planning, and ultimately responsible for project delivery Responsible for broad-spectrum process engineering and process mapping focused on ultimate project delivery and optimizing the efficiency of the process Responsible for managing and tracking project progress, and issue resolution, and will consistently supply accurate project status information to stakeholders Responsible for driving the development of requirements, including inception analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and business requirements, and may be asked to assist in functional design and development Offer support in the review of technical designs and organize User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”). Required to create project dashboards, and executive summaries, track progress and provide reporting to multiple external teams requiring updates and information Manage requirements, identify risks and issues and escalate as necessary, and assist project resources in identifying possible solutions Control project scope, ensuring that rigorous change control is exercised Excellent oral and written communication skills; confidence in communicating across various organizational levels and ability to structure communications according to the audience Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, governance requirements, and internal PMO standards What you will bring to Fay:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; High school diploma/GED required 5+ years of relevant experience in program management/project lifecycle/PMO in the financial services industry 3+ years of working knowledge in mortgage servicing or originations are required Experience in regulatory delivery is strongly preferred Experience with cross-functional project delivery Track record in delivering large-scale change within the Mortgage industry PMP or alternative formal project management training or certification is preferred
