Roles & Responsibilities

1st point of contact for all Ecommerce troubleshooting.
Maintain and create tickets with Ecommerce platform and developer
Optimize and manage product information through Akeneo, including taxonomy, descriptions, images, attributes, keywords of existing and new products
Maintain static pages and update links, images, and content
Approve and extend new Ecommerce user access
Assist in providing demos to new Ecommerce users and internal sales staff
Develop additional Ecommerce how-to videos and self-service documentation
Create weekly reports and updates to the Ecommerce Manager including digital growth & usage and technical issues
Assist in creating flyers and digital promotion materials
Develop email campaigns driving Ecommerce growth
Support project management of ongoing Ecommerce initiatives
Build favorites and quick orders lists to Ecommerce customer accounts
