In addition, this position will assure food safety protocols are met in the food production and service areas, as well as maintaining equipment used at workstations. **In this position, you are guaranteed 40 hours per week with 10 paid holidays, plus paid vacation and sick time. NDSU provides unbeatable benefits, including fully funded family health insurance, tuition discounts for yourself and family, and retirement contribution up to 12.26%.***

**Position Description & Details:**

* Performs all necessary duties to serve food to customers

* Execute all necessary tasks to assure a high degree of cleanliness, quality, and sanitation in food service areas

* Maintains all equipment used at workstations in an acceptable and sanitary condition

**Work Schedule:** Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm. Weekend rotation. Summer, winter and spring break hours vary.

**Advertised Salary:** $13.50+/hour

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or GED

* Excellent customer service skills

* Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred

* Food safety certification preferred
