This individual serves as a point of contact for internal and external communication between the Company, Pharmaceutical Manufacturer, and Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Partners connected with contracted services. This individual monitors all aspects of the program to ensure that contractual services and KPI's are being met.Reporting RelationsReports to: Program Management LeadDirect Reports: NonePrimary Responsibilities:Dedicated to the assigned contract, product, and program onlyParticipates in the implementation of a new program or assists in training and implementation when modifications are made to the existing programActs as a liaison between Company, Pharma Manufacturer, and contracted Manufacturer partners (e.g., HUB, etc.) to ensure all contractual obligations are being metCollaborates with internal Company departments, Sr. Director of Clinical Operations, Clinical Operations Specialist and assigned National Account Manager to ensure customer requests are handled in a timely and accurate mannerWorks with the Clinical Operations Team to oversee the contracted program services. Strong diagnostic capabilities; ability to work with internal pharmacy teams to identify key areas for opportunity and improvement, issue resolution, process validation and continued monitoring all aspects of internal processesParticipates in scheduled calls with the Manufacturer and/or HUB as required. Point of contact for case status updates. Triages identified issues or concerns to the appropriate internal team (i.e., prior authorizations, appeals, grant funding, clinical) for appropriate resolution and report results back to the Manufacturer and/or HUBParticipates with assigned National Account Manager, Clinical Operations Team, and Trade Relations in relevant Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) as neededBuilds rapport with internal and external customers to promote the highest customer service and a positive image of the CompanyCoordinates and leads meetings to review referral status, implementation, and workflow.This is an office-based positionPrimary Responsibilities:Provides case status and data updates and ad hoc reports to manufacturers and HUBs as requested.Interprets and disseminates information, including key information about updates or changes in the assigned product and/or program details.Assists in the development of training, programs, data collection, adverse event reporting and adherence to related to contractual agreements.Adheres to all Company policies as indicated in the handbook and directives issued by management. Experience with data reporting and creating professional presentations.Highest business acumen, credibility with colleagues and communication skills required to represent requirements to cross-functional teams and partner with Manufacturers or other stakeholders.Ability to host Zoom Meetings with internal and external clientsEducational and Experience Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentLicensure and Certification Requirements:Current unrestricted state pharmacy technician registration/licensureNational or state pharmacy technician certification per applicable State Board of Pharmacy requirementsPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 90% of the timeThe person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc., and traverse conferences, meetings, and remote eventsConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printerThe ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situationsThe ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)Working Conditions:Normal office environment.Equipment Used to Perform the Job:Computers, keyboards, mouse, monitors, fax, and/or headsets for phone work.
