We provide proven operational support, technology, and overall practice management across a nation-wide network of leading class pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and oral surgery platforms. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individuals to join our rapidly growing business with a start-up culture.

Responsibilities:

•Weekly cash journal entries of company bank accounts

•Month-end close process, performing work in the following areas as assigned: Cash reconciliations, Fixed Assets, AP/Accrued Liabilities, Prepaids, etc.

•Maintaining balance sheet schedules and completing reconciliations monthly

•Assist Senior Accountants in the accounting integration for new clinics

•Analyze P&L for assigned locations monthly

•Propose adjusting journal entries (accruals, reclasses, etc.) to the Senior Accountant

•Perform other ad-hoc projects as required

•Ensure compliance with US GAAP

Requirements

Requirements

•Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required

•CPA or CPA candidate preferred

•Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)

•Strong knowledge of US GAAP

•Excellent organizational and communication skills

•Desire to work in a high-growth, start-up environment
