As a LOB Risk Specialist Sr within PNC's Ops Admin and MGMT organization, you may be based in a remote location. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

Additional Information:

Highly preferred candidates will have working experience and knowledge with trust accounts, federal bonds, and has a proven track record with understanding, and implementing controls to mitigate risk. In addition, it is highly preferred to have a background in finance and/or business with prior or current management experience.

- Performs quarterly quality assurance testing, reporting to managers areas of concern

- Reviews processes for risks, working with managers to update existing controls and creating new control within the Archer playbook standards

- Operations team workforce augmentation

- Performs quarterly access review and testing

- Monitors and oversees annual desktop procedure, review and approval as well as updates to the PNC Trust Policies and Procedures

- Serve as liaisons in various audits for internal, Line of Business, Second Line of Defense, Third Line of Defense and various audits with PwC, OCC and Government Agencies

- Regulatory & Risk reporting, including SIR/MUC (Matters Under Consideration)/FDIC, Fraudulent checks, overdrafts

- Support projects to ensure we have the right controls in place to mitigate risk

- Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm, EST

Job Description
  • Executes the Line of Business Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable. Enables line of business adherence with risk management programs.
  • Participates in the design and development of the risk management program to meet business and regulatory expectations. Leads in the design and development of specific risk management program components.
  • Executes the risk management programs within or across the lines of business (e.g. - business self-assessment and quality reviews). May lead cross functional teams.
  • Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit).
  • Leads or influences risk initiatives and business as usual activities. Identifies risk, assesses impact and makes recommendations on resolution. Reports and escalates risk and program compliance as appropriate.
