Grand Pacific Financing Corp. is seeking a motivated Commercial Loan Assistant to assist loan officers in reviewing loan applications, collecting required documents, verifying documents, conducting financial analysis, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. If you are detail-oriented, outgoing, and self-motivated, apply now Responsibilities: • Review loan applications to determine if they meet minimum requirements • Collect required information from borrowers • Verification of documents provided by borrowers • Assist and coordinate internal parties involved in the loan application process • Gather information for underwriting including financial analysis, property value evaluation, and title search • Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred • Proficiency in MS Office is required • Ability to analyze financial data • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed About Company: Grand Pacific Financing Corp. is an established, well-capitalized direct lender nationwide.
