Terrydale Capital is in need of a Commercial Loan Officer to join our growing team We are actively searching for a dedicated and efficient Commercial Loan Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at maintaining strong professional relationships.

Position Overview: In this role, the Commercial Loan Officer will be instrumental in fostering relationships with both existing and potential clients, collaborating with a diverse set of professionals, and ensuring seamless transactions for every deal.

Key Responsibilities: Client Outreach: Proactively engage with property owners to discuss their refinancing and acquisition financing needs. Broker Relations: Initiate and nurture relationships with sales brokers, ensuring open communication lines and alignment with Terrydale Capital’s objectives. Transaction Management: Dispatch detailed proposals for active on-market transactions to relevant parties. Loan Origination: Identify and cultivate loan opportunities, taking them from initiation to closure on the client's behalf. Post-Transaction Client Relations: Engage with clients even after financing closes, ensuring lasting relationships and potential future collaborations.

Desired Qualifications: A seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on Commercial Real Estate Experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an innate ability to present ideas coherently and persuasively. Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and transactions simultaneously. An adept team player with an exemplary focus on detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
