Collaborating closely with the Hospital Owner and various administrative departments throughout the enterprise, the MCD strives to surpass financial, operational, and cultural objectives. Reports to: Interim VP of Clinical, Future Hospital Ownership What's in it for you?: Competitive base salary + quarterly profit-sharing bonuses (a portion of the entire hospital's production)$40,000 sign on bonusUp to $10,000 in annual CE allowance4-day per week schedules, no on-call or overnight dutiesFull Benefits (health, dental, vision) + 401k with matchA path to hospital OWNERSHIPDuties/Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Training: Collaborates with hospital leadership to recruit, retain, and train veterinary staff, ensuring orientation and performance management to drive retention and productivity.Leadership & Culture: Acts as a key leader, fostering a strong workplace culture, aligning with the company's core values, and driving performance and retention at the hospital level.
