As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our production processes, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high-quality standards. Salary $68,548, plus an annual bonus $30,000, bonus paid monthly and company car.Develop and implement production strategies to maximize efficiency and productivityManage and coordinate daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality controlAnalyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of productsOversee inventory management and maintain optimal stock levelsDevelop and manage production budgets, controlling costs while meeting quality standardsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and industry standardsLead, mentor, and motivate production team members to achieve performance goalsImplement and maintain quality control systems to ensure product consistency and customer satisfactionTroubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutionsStay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to drive continuous improvementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fieldProven experience (5+ years) in production management or a similar roleStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large-scale operational teamsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-makingProficiency in production management software and MS Office suiteIn-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control processesOutstanding organizational and time management skillsExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs effectivelyExperience in implementing process improvements and driving operational efficienciesStrong customer focus with a commitment to meeting production deadlinesAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentSelf-confident and responsible, with a proven track record of achieving production goalsAdditional InformationAbout the department:As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches.
