We are looking to bring on a seasoned DevOps lead to build out a team focused on Release & Change Management. This team will develop processes & tools that allow Anduril to develop safety critical systems quickly and reliably. A strong DevOps Lead will have a proven track record of leading DevOps teams and a background in development, operations, and full-stack implementations. What You’ll Do Lead the development and implementation of robust DevOps strategies, practices, and tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle. Design, deploy, and manage automated testing and deployment processes. Establish and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Establish a road map for process automation across all Anduril Products. Provide expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible. Drive the adoption of CI/CD by creating reliable process automation pertinent to each product and business line. Monitor and enhance system reliability, performance, and security. Mentor and guide team members in DevOps methodologies and best practices. Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure the team stays current with industry trends. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in a senior DevOps role, demonstrating leadership and innovation. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI, Circle CI). In-depth knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN). Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Ansible). Demonstrated proficiency in containerization and orchestration. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. U.S. Person status (US permanent resident or US citizen) is required as this position needs to access export controlled data. Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate, or Kubernetes Administrator. Experience with microservices architecture. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack). Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance (US citizen). The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
