JOB SUMMARY Overall planning and management of estimating activities for specific construction projects, including preparation, interpretation and presentation of takeoffs to sales rep/s to help answer questions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Able to perform all Estimator responsibilities
+ Review project plans, requirements, and specifications
+ Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and material sheets
+ Submit and relevant RFIs specific to door hardware scope
+ Maintain good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors
+ Complete other responsibilities as assigned
SKILL REQUIREMENTS AND PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
+ Experience with new construction market as well as bid and takeoff process
+ Experience with Microsoft products Word, Power Point, Excel, CRM, etc.
+ Excellent time management skills
+ Must be able to make educated decisions on the behalf of ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions
+ Hospitality experience is preferred but not required
+ Excellent customer service and communication skills is imperative
+ Must possess excellent mathematical and organizational skills
+ Imperative is high level initiative, personally and professionally
+ Must be possess an eye for attention to detail
+ Required to perform assigned duties accurately and efficiently
+ Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures
+ Ability to perform a variety of tasks at a high level of accuracy
+ Must possess a positive can do attitude
+ Daily attendance and punctuality is required for this position
