JBar Enterprises, LLC is looking to add an Inside Sales Steward to our ever-growing team. The Inside Sales Steward is the first point of contact to JBar for many of our customers. We're searching for a person who has outstanding customer service and sales skills, can multitask, is outgoing, and looks for opportunities to help connect people to our other services.Job DetailsJob Type: Full-TimePay: $18.00 per hourSchedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through FridayLocation: Burnet, TexasBenefits7 days Paid time off per year (12 days after 2 years of service)8 Paid holidays per year401(k) with 3% matchHealth, Dental, Vision, Accidental and Disability InsurancePersonal Financial Coaching (optional)3rd party counseling services available for all employees and their immediate families (optional)Essential DutiesAnswer all incoming phone calls - assist customers and transfer as appropriateFollow all procedures created for Inside Sales Steward Ascertain the customers needs, educate on our products and proceduresSend/Receive Rental AgreementsGather information to enter new customersDocument & record all specified data required for accurate metric reporting Utilize ProSoft for documentation and reportingRefer customer issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate Principal StewardComplete special projects as requested by Principal Sales StewardLead generating and qualificationMeet or exceed sales targets and quotasMarket and product knowledgeCRM use and proficiency in updating dealsSales automation such as Linkedin and Facebook Typical Day to Day ActivitiesReturn all emails within the hourReview CRM tool and follow up on leads with notes and follow up actionsCall out to customers who are not doing business with J Bar (cold calling)Answer incoming calls and upsell customers on ALL of J Bar's offeringsAttend trainings and meetings Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Basic Computer Skills (email, internet, word processing)3 to 5 years related experience and/or training in customer service preferredSkills and Physical RequirementsDependable attendance and punctuality are necessary to perform the essential job duties.
