The
Application Operations Director
will be accountable for the delivery of Application Maintenance and Support and for the smooth execution of services with our partner, ensuring business users satisfaction and driving the maximum value from the OneCare contract.
Main Responsibilities And Tasks
Service delivery, continuous improvement, control, monitoring and governance: Ensures deliverables meet internal standards, budget, KPI’s and SLA’s
Vendor relationship and contract management: Manage the contract lifecycle, service credits and incentives and ensure partners meet their service delivery commitments
Stakeholder management: Actively facilitate and participate in technical and business discussions to define service delivery objectives and align with business objectives.Develop and manage strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Co-Innovation opportunities management: Define innovation initiatives with IT Business Partners and key business stakeholders and leads these collaborative initiatives to drive efficiencies and obtain synergies.
Financial planning and ownership
Knowledge, Abilities & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT or project management.
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in a global organisation preferably in Biopharmaceutical domain
Experience managing application outsourcing contracts with a major provider
Excellent leadership and management of cross functional teams
Certifications in technology-related disciplines (e.g.; ITIL, CGEIT, COBIT, etc.)
Fluent English (Conversational French would be an asset)
