Summary:

This role is a direct report to the NA HIP Director of Engineering and a member of the leadership team based in London, OH. This hands-on role coordinates 10 to 15 vessel inspections in North America per year for our HIP division. You will interface with site Engineering Managers to implement HIP vessels and ancillary equipment improvements as the HIP subject matter expert.

Major Responsibilities:

* Coordinate critical HIP vessel inspections
* Coordinate compulsory plant inspections for insurance purposes
* Train plant personnel on equipment, including instructing dismantling of equipment for inspections
* Assist facilities to troubleshoot equipment problems and improve plant equipment performance

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

* This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident cardholders
* Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
* 5 to 7 years of managerial experience
* 5 years of heavy industry experience with high-pressure vessels, high-pressure compressor systems, cooling systems, vacuum systems, hydraulic systems, large electrical power and control systems
* Knowledge of high-temperature alloys, insulation systems, and PLC control systems
