Description:
The HR candidate must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently. The majority of the role is spent
working from our off-site office, but this individual may be asked to participate in restaurant operations as needed. This individual is an executive leader in the restaurant, and reports directly to the Owner/Operator.

Pay Type: $17-$20/hr

Position Type:
•Full-Time, 40 hours per week
•Must have flexible availability Monday-Saturday, 6:00am-6:00pm, but typically works Monday-Friday
8:00am-5:00pm

Qualifications:
•Previous Chick-fil-A experience as a Director level is highly desired
•Prior Human Resources experience is required
•Administrative experience is preferred, but not required
•Must have flexible availability to work a changing schedule per the weekly needs of the restaurant
•Strong computer and iPad competency
•Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up
to 9 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities:
•Serves as an assistant to the Owner/Operator, responsible for business and administrative tasks including, but
not limited to:
•Managing schedules and calendars
•Serving as the point of contact for the store's email, handling all customer concerns and feedback
•Answering the phone while in office
•Attending and taking notes during leadership meetings
•Assisting with payroll as needed
•Assisting with processing invoices and payments as needed
•Maintaining stock and ordering restaurant and office supplies
•Coordinating restaurant delivery vehicle care and maintenance
•Handles most aspect of Human Resources, including, but not limited to the following tasks:
•Schedules and oversees the Orientation Program, enthusiastically presents information to new
employees
•Serves as a liaison between our restaurant and our talent recruiting firm
•Conducts Zoom and In-Person Team Member and Leadership interviews with candidates
•Manages the on-boarding system, equips new Team Members with new hire materials and paperwork,
tracks completion, and handles all employee documentation
•Serves as a representative at local job fairs and other recruitment events
•Displays a desire to grow and continuously improve him/herself
•Willing to participate in operations in the restaurant as needed

•Identify leadership potential within current Team Members and facilitate leadership development.
•Manage the on-boarding system, equip new Team Members with new hire materials and paperwork, tracks completion, and handles all Team Member documentation.
•Serve as a representative at local job fairs and other recruitment events.
•Facilitate personal growth program with Team Members.
•Create programs to enhance Team Member morale and motivation.
•Display a desire to grow and continuously improve him/herself.
•Create write ups.
•Update Team Member records.
•Offboard Team Members.
•Support restaurant operations as needed.
