As a Bilingual Care-Team representative at StartCHURCH you will: We're looking for a Customer Care Representative to operate telephones to answer, screen, and forward calls, provide information, take messages, or schedule appointments. Maintain records in Admin Console of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquires, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Complete multiple time sensitive office administrative tasks. Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations. Build relationships, credibility and identity within the StartCHURCH staff to be seen as a supportive member of the team as a whole. Maintain a basic knowledge of all StartCHURCH Departments and what they do in order to best serve clients and support staff. Maintain a call pick-up rate of no less than 98%. Hear and resolve customer complaints. Transmit information or documents to customers, using computers, mail, or fax machine. File and maintain records.
