How you make a difference

Wellpath seeks a dynamic and successful problem solver to join their Healthcare practice as an Enterprise Senior Project Manager. In this role, the Senior Project Manager will utilize exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail to oversee projects across various portfolios. They will lead teams of business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business-focused benefits and successful project outcomes, while demonstrating curiosity, business acumen, and professional poise. Key Responsibilities

Assists executive leadership in communicating strategy and prioritizing enterprise projects aligned with strategic imperatives. Creates effective presentations showcasing project alignment to strategic goals and associated risks. Manages the project demand pipeline, supporting department leaders in defining business cases for desired initiatives. Oversees project schedules and milestones, engaging with appropriate resources to lead and deliver initiatives. Conducts cost analysis, implements budgets, conducts risk assessments, and manages vendor relationships while keeping project and executive leaders informed of overall project health. Qualifications & Requirements

Education Bachelor’s degree Experience At least 8-10 years of consulting, program, and change management experience in a healthcare environment. Knowledge and experience of multiple project methodologies preferred.
