Job Summary:

This position assists in maintaining financial records and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded. Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger. Compiles financial data to aid management in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Assist in analyzing current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. This position also supports the payroll function through data entry and ensuring accurate payroll record database information. In support of Fahe's Virtual CFO Services, provides financial analysis of client financials in both spreadsheet/financial report and written format. May coordinate the work of Staff Accountants and provide guidance or mentorship.

Essential Duties and Functions: Review of daily & monthly bank reconciliations Completion of general ledger journal entries Review of Daily GL reconciliation to Loan Servicing Software Assists with month end close Assists with monthly and quarterly financial analysis Payroll wage and tax analysis Solving payroll discrepancies Generating bi-weekly payroll register Maintaining accurate labor allocations Payroll record data entry and record management Maintaining electronic and paper file systems Provides mentorship and support to Staff Accountants

Requirements for this position include: Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

Preferred Education and Experience: 4-5 years of accounting or related experience required
