OFFICE CLERK (Temp-Hire Position) Ontario, CA Pay: $23-$25 (based on experience) Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5:00pm Key Responsibilities: • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff. • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation. • Process incoming and outgoing mail. • Assist with data entry and database management. • Support other administrative staff with various tasks as needed. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
