**Job Description** Essential Job Functions: * Administer the Cycle Count Program, participate in reconciling count variances, identify root causes and recommend solutions. * Maintain product identification and location program. * Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them. * Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations. * Track and report non-conforming product. * Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner. * Document damaged product. * Must be computer literate. * Have strong verbal and written skills * Must be detailed oriented. * Coordinate movement of consignment items between warehouses. * Monitor Inventory processes and inventory levels. Work with inventory team to manage/reduce inventory levels and excess and obsolete inventory. * Establish and maintain strong inventory procedures that ensure the accuracy of on hand balances * Assist manager with any additional projects as assigned. Required Education and Qualifications: * Minimum of a high school degree * 5 years of previous, relevant work experience (i.***,*** ***5 years previous experience involved with inventory control or analysis in a manufacturing environment***) Skills and Specifications: * **Must be able to drive a forklift daily.** * Must be able to lift 50 lbs. as part of the job function. * Requires excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Package. * Excellent communication skills and able to multi task effectively, with an attention to details.
