This includes stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet stain removal, etc.Performing basic janitorial duties may also be part of the role which includes general cleaning, collecting and disposing trash, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning and stocking restrooms.Starting Pay: B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries based on experience and skill set, with full time benefits offered after 60 days of employment.Requirements Dependable & Detail OrientedReliable Transportation & Valid Driver's LicensePrevious Floor Care ExperienceBilingual English / Spanish a plusComplete Background Check, Drug Test, & E-Verify
