Full Time Floor Technician Position Available in western Suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.


The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining the floor care of facilities in the North West Suburbs area. This includes stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet stain removal, etc.

Performing basic janitorial duties may also be part of the role which includes general cleaning, collecting and disposing trash, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning and stocking restrooms.


Starting Pay: B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries based on experience and skill set, with full time benefits offered after 60 days of employment.


Requirements:
  • Dependable & Detail Oriented
  • Reliable Transportation & Valid Driver's License
  • Previous Floor Care Experience
  • Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
  • Complete Background Check, Drug Test, & E-Verify
