Sr. Product Manager, Pay by Bank

What does a Senior Product Manager do?

You will join a growing team, focusing on our flagship Pay by Bank product, a non-card based DDA ‘payment on file’ solution and wallet platform within the Value Added Services business. You'll play a pivotal role in the development and execution of the roadmap while ensuring alignment with sales, technology, operations, partners and clients to maximize revenue and client happiness.

What You Will Do

Commercialize products throughout matrixed organizations. Track market, consumer and industry trends and competition Engage with internal teams, sales partners, and potential technology partners Assess opportunities for future strategy and roadmap or partnership Build business cases for new features and products Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, leadership teams and other stakeholders to define, prioritize and maintain your roadmap Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategy

What You Need To Have

6 years of experience in product management, product marketing, sales engineering, or consulting. Experience successfully launching and scaling products, services, or platforms. Digital, API, payments, or eCommerce products are a plus. Experience with consumer engagement platforms, consumer experience and building consumer facing applications Experience in supporting third party integrations Experience generating and utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities for a product - actively working to remove implicit bias Experience managing programs or products through key stages of ideation, development, commercialization, and implementation

What Would Be Great To Have

Experience in consumer payments trends and technology Experience in consumer engagement Experience in defining cloud API strategy and third-party integration Understands the voice of the customer Pragmatic Marketing certified Working knowledge of Aha, JIRA or other product tracking tools
