We're looking for a Collections Agent, working in BPO industry in Plymouth, Minnesota, 55441, United States.

  • Collect and manage accounts receivables.
  • Place outbound calls and accept inbound calls to consumers.
  • Use negotiation skills to achieve repayment of debt.
  • Counsel consumers and assist them in determining the best payment options to meet their financial obligations.
  • Utilize internet and skip trace vendors to locate consumers.
