Willow Haven Healthcare & Rehabilitation is currently seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join our team

Do you have a background in Long Term Care Admissions or Insurance Authorizations, then this opportunity is for you

Schedule needed: Monday through Friday, 8a-4:30p

Requirements

We are interested in someone who:
  • Is familiar with medical terminology
  • Has at least once year experience with long term care admissions
  • experience and comfort with running and reviewing benefits & eligibility
  • experience and comfort with obtaining authorization from managed care insurances for nursing home stay
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft office products
  • Must have prior experience in long term care
  • Has prior experience in customer service
