HiFyve is hiring a Senior Production Manager (Plant Manager in Training) in the manufacturing industry in St. Cloud, MN
Salary: Up to $100k
Shift: Days
Location: St. Cloud, MN
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage an assigned area or areas of the Production department, ensuring systems and processes are in place and functioning daily.
Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing team, including performance management and leadership.
Handle customer service issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing operational issues.
Oversee inventory management and budgeting, ensuring financial aspects are conducted efficiently.
Provide input on immediate and long-range planning of location goals and objectives.
Analyze data and ensure effective internal communication systems.
Investigate and understand existing programs, processes, and procedures.
Collaborate with the Plant Manager on reviewing financial statements and managing costs.
Maintain accountability for department-specific KPIs during rotations.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
3 to 5 years of management experience
Experience supervising and directing teams to achieve results within limited timeframes
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proficient in analyzing data and financial statements
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Active driver's license
