This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Representative at Builders Source INC in El Paso, TX. As an Inside Sales Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, account management, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
What we are looking for:
- Time management skills to be able to prioritize activities, especially when there is a high volume of tasks.
- Attention to detail to ensure that all company sales contracts and tickets are accurate
- Positive attitude for greeting customers and clients in a friendly and warm manner upon arrival to the office or through the phone
- Communication skills to be able to communicate with internal team members or clients and understand their needs
- Strong organizational skills to keep multiple calendars organized
- Administrative skills to be able to use basic computer programs including Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to be able to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change
- Proven experience in inside sales and account management
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the appliance industry and products is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
