Stoneleigh-Burnham School, an independent boarding and day school for girls in grades 7-12 in Greenfield, Massachusetts, seeks an Admissions and Marketing Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Admissions:

  • Coordinate travel schedules for Admissions Counselors to maximize outreach opportunities.
  • Schedule visits to feeder schools and private school fairs, building relationships with secondary school counselors.
  • Coordinate on-campus visits for prospective families by collaborating with available student ambassadors, faculty, coaches, and the barn for campus visits.
  • Maintain campus visit schedule.
  • Organize open houses, revisit days, and other campus events as developed.
  • Assist with registration and commencement activities to ensure a smooth experience for all.
  • Maintain a database of sending schools and a log of contacts with secondary school counselors.
  • Manager Admissions Department email inbox
  • Serves as first point of contact for inquiries
  • Reports to the Director of External Affairs
  • Duties as assigned to support the office and the School

Social Media and Marketing:

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to assist in developing and implementing a social media strategy to engage prospective students across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok).
  • Assist in creating compelling and informative social media content, including text content, visuals, and videos.
  • Dovetails efforts with Admissions and Marketing Interns 
  • Assist in monitoring social media analytics and report on key metrics to measure campaign success.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across social media channels.
  • Utilize experience with Google Adwords, geofencing, and landing page design to attract target audiences. (preferred)
  • Participate in creating and maintaining a social media calendar to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Conducts website maintenance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (preferred)
  • Experience with Google Adwords, geofencing, and landing page design (a strong plus)
  • 1-2 years of experience in admissions or social media marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRMs including HubSpot (preferred), Blackbaud, or SchoolAdmin
  • Experience with email marketing 
  • InDesign, CapCutPro, PremierPro, FinalCut, etc. experience required.
