Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Analyst to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for a recent college graduate who is eager to learn and grow within a startup environment. The Junior Development Associate will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our business operations, including project management, marketing, sales, and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of project plans and timelines. Support the marketing team with content creation, social media management, and campaign execution. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support customer outreach efforts. Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential clients. Contribute to product development initiatives and help coordinate the implementation of new features. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to drive company growth and innovation. Qualifications: Recent college graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
