Bridge Investment Group is hiring a Summer Intern for Bridge's Human Resources department in Sandy, Utah for Summer 2025. Our program offers unique exposure to one of the fastest-growing global real estate investment management firms and its internal operations from an HR perspective. Here you will learn about the various functions and processes that are part of our HR team like, benefits, payroll, HR data, employee relations, talent acquisition and talent development.
Bridge's fast-growing entrepreneurial culture means the Summer Intern will be expected to take lead and contribute to assigned vertical-specific projects, working closely with senior management, other dedicated vertical personnel as well as other interns on company-wide initiatives throughout the program.
Qualifications:
Candidates should be highly motivated, energetic, and savvy with demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to thriving in a fast-paced client-facing role and having effective communication skills, a successful candidate should have:
- Desire to excel within HR or an alternative investment manager
- Relevant coursework
- Minimum 3.5 GPA or equivalent
- Excellent oral communication skills and interest in client service
- Being able to work with confidential information
- A self-starter, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude with a keen sense of urgency
- Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
- Passion for learning and growth with a mindset that no task is too small
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
- Experience working with an HRIS system
- Ability to work in the office where this internship is located for the duration of the program
