Job Summary The Corporate Human Resources Benefit Coordinator is a temporary position for 3 to 4-month project including annual open enrollment. This position will primarily support and back up the HR Manager in all things related to employee benefits. This position will act as a liaison for benefit questions and information with facilities and employees and will provide excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities Review/audit of benefits reports and data.

Tracking of documents to ensure executed timely.

Project timeline tracking and reporting.

Administrative project support.

Position Qualifications

Experience with benefits enrollment technology. 1-2 years of benefits-related experience Organizational skills

Timeline tracking skills

Oral and written communication

Excel (intermediate to advanced), word, ppt

Data entry

Teams

Ability to work professionally and cooperatively with all levels of personnel within the organization.

Schedule: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m M-F working in the Corporate Office.
