This Entry Level position will work with a group of seasoned sales and marketing professionals. Qualifying customer leads created by the clients we represent and finalizing sales with our direct marketing tactics. Successful employees will be considered for advancement to higher-level management positions within the organization.

Essential Job Duties of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:

  • Handles in-person customer inquiries with the highest degree of empathy and professionalism

  • Required to handle emails, inbound or outbound telephonic contacts.

  • Provides first call resolution to customers before escalation.

  • Working in one or multiple skill sets over various customer contact channels.

  • Provides customer information and narratives to the appropriate department for processing.
