Calling all sales superstars

Be the architect of Juice Beauty's success across independent retailers, spas, hotels, and other exciting alternative channels. This is your chance to forge new partnerships and become a key player in expanding our reach across the US market.

Here's how you'll make a splash:

  • Prospect and secure new business opportunities with independent retailers, spas, hotels, and other alternative channels in the USA.
  • Become a trusted advisor to key accounts, developing strategic plans and exceeding their growth expectations.
  • Lead the charge in building strong, long-lasting relationships with these key partners.
  • Collaborate across departments (marketing, logistics) to ensure a seamless experience for your accounts.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching trends and identifying new growth opportunities within your assigned territory.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a proven track record in new business development and managing key accounts.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a self-motivated go-getter.
  • Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Is a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Has a deep understanding of the beauty industry (a plus).
  • Prior experience with independent retailers, spas, hotels, or similar channels is highly desirable.

Bonus points for:

  • A passion for Juice Beauty and clean beauty in general.
  • A strong understanding of the US market.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
