This is a Direct Hire opportunity paying $65K - $75K + 10% bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Fixed Assets: Maintain and improve asset schedules and depreciation.
  • Lease Accounting: Manage lease accounting, create lease schedules, maintain property tax schedules, and handle payments.
  • Chargebacks: Identify and follow up on fraudulent chargebacks.
  • Journal Entries: Reconcile accounts, post journal entries.
  • Balance Sheet: Ensure accuracy and compliance of general ledger activity and ending balances.
  • Prepaid/Accrued Expense: Manage balance sheet accounts for proper expense recording.
  • Financial Statement Close: Assist with journal entries for operating activity and changes in assets and liabilities.
