AERMOR is hiring RDT&E Technical Analysts/Specialists Level II who will look to provide technical direction to personnel to perform system and software tasks. The selected individual will look to research, development, test and evaluation efforts performed by both contractors and government installations in the development of equipment, material, or computer application software. This includes services (including government civilian salaries), equipment, components, materials, end items and weapons used in such efforts.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide technical direction for personnel performing system and software development tasks including the review of products for quality
  • Coordinates with Project Manager to ensure problem solution and customer satisfaction
  • Makes recommendations for approval of major computer system installations
  • Prepare milestone status reports and presentations on system concepts
  • Provides daily supervision to supporting analysts and technicians
Qualifying Requirements:
  • Must currently possess a U.S. Government issued, active Secret Level Security Clearance
  • 8+ years of technical experience analyzing and designing computer systems
  • Possesses knowledge of current storage and retrieval methods and demonstrated ability to formulate and develop specifications and requirements for computer programmers to use in coding, testing, and debugging computer programs
Certification/Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
