• IN Description OVERVIEW The

Senior Director of Community Partnerships

is responsible for day-to-day management of a multi-community partnership strategy to increase equity and student access to PLTW learning experiences. The Sr. Director of Community Partnerships engages in a multifaceted approach to community engagement through identifying and increasing the presence of cross-sector partners in identified communities. This role fosters customer-centric approaches to internal and external work, participates in data-driven strategies and tactics connected to the community partnerships strategic goals. Frequent travel required. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategize with Senior Vice President of Community Partnerships to identify communities for engagement based on PLTW landscape and dispersion nationally through internal data sources and metrics. Develop and manage assigned portfolio of regions, with community and higher education partners and organizations in alignment with the strategic internal framework and in partnership with cross-functional teams internally. Lead daily interactions, including addressing the needs and reporting requirements for assigned account portfolio; develop and engage in activities associated with more complex partnerships. Identify education and workforce development policies and trends for currently assigned portfolio and future prospects. Host, lead, and advise intermediaries on joint education/business partner events for students and educators in assigned portfolio regions. Work with regional intermediaries on continuous improvement processes to identify desired outcomes and measurable indicators of success and identify opportunities for replication. Identify opportunities for impact and research initiatives with the Research Team so that PLTW’s position is strengthened through sharing and promotion of key findings. Assist in the development and maintenance of a data measurement tool to track progress in communities. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in education, business or non-profit leadership or a related field of study, or equivalent related experience. Demonstrated experience as a collaborator and engaged partner. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS A customer-centric approach to all internal and external interactions.
