Our client, a leading provider of youth wellness programs and resources has an exciting and rare opportunity for a Marketing Director to join their Salem, OR based team. Reporting to the COO and the CMO, the Marketing Director will have a direct impact on the success of the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Develop and implement company marketing strategiesCoordinate development of marketing materialsCreate quarterly marketing reportsEnsure pipelines and leads are maintained and actionedCollaborate with senior and site leadership to drive volume and marginWork closely with and support site leadership

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field. MBA is a plusResults oriented midestStrong understanding of or marketing strategies and tacticsAbility to drive change through collaboration and relationship buildingAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
