As Director of Implementation, you will be the driving force behind the successful installation and activation of our LPR systems in various urban environments. You will lead a dedicated team, develop efficient processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure flawless execution from project planning to post-installation support. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of installation technicians and project managers: Build and empower a high-performing team with exceptional technical skills and a dedication to quality. Develop and implement comprehensive installation and training processes: Design efficient workflows, document procedures, and ensure adherence to best practices for system deployment. Manage vendor relationships: Oversee partnerships with equipment providers, data management platforms, and construction contractors, ensuring timely delivery and smooth collaboration. Plan and oversee LPR installations across diverse locations: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and adapt to the unique challenges of each deployment environment. Provide post-installation support and troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues, maintain system performance, and offer ongoing training and support to clients. Contribute to continuous improvement: Analyze installation data, identify opportunities for optimizing processes, and share best practices for ongoing refinement. Stay at the forefront of LPR technology: Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving landscape of LPR systems and related technologies. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience managing project implementation teams within a technology or construction setting. Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams to achieve project goals. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Experience with developing and implementing technical procedures and manuals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in relevant software tools, including project management platforms and communication tools. A passion for technology and its potential to solve urban challenges is a plus.
