Responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information to prospective students and determine their eligibility based on our admissions criteria.
• Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in all interactions with clients, students, and colleagues.
• Conduct interviews with prospective students, following our established procedures.
• Stay current with career knowledge to effectively market our programs.
• Attend and actively participate in admissions meetings.
• Engage in effective phone work to schedule appointments and follow up with prospective and enrolled students.
• Report enrollment cancellations promptly.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and municipal laws and school policies, ensuring ethical practices and nondiscrimination.
• Never misrepresent our institution, programs, or services, and provide transparent information to prospective students.
• Comply with federal financial aid policies related to admissions activities.
• Follow all school policies and procedures, including those related to admissions.
• Accurately prepare, complete, and submit required admissions documents and records.
• Provide applicants with a complete catalog before signing an enrollment agreement.
• Continually meet or exceed the admissions criteria set by the Director of Admissions.
• Respect the confidentiality of school materials.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Director of Admissions.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required

• Sales experience is required, preferably in a proprietary educational setting.
