Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:Manage account relationships, maintain effective communications, and ensure customer requirements are met. Work with commercial clients to relay information regarding the condition of their car and obtain required approvals to move forward with reconditioning and repairs.Coordinate work to be performed with the mechanic shop to ensure timely repairs and relay back to client the progress.Review and update condition report; approve and audit vehicle repair report. Walk vehicles with/for account representative and make recommendations for reconditioning to increase vehicle value.Respond to customer inquiries relating to vehicles. Provide quality service and assist in resolving problems.Communicate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to ensure appropriate movement of vehicles to the shops and ensure timely completion of reconditioning. In coordination with account representative, account administrator, and account-specific procedures prepare sale vehicle run process including run order, scheduling, notice to customer account, etc.Work with commercial clients and key vendors to order and account for keysWork with lot operations and quadrant coordinators to ensure appropriate scanning and organization of account vehicles. Review vehicles in sale line up, locate missing vehicles, and work with account representative to ensure vehicles are ready for sale. Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:Minimum: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline;OR 5 years' experience in a related field.Basic computer skills required. Preferred:Previous Auction and/or driving experience required.Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission. Ability to provide good customer service and multi-task.Knowledge with mechanical repairs and condition report writing preferred.Physical Requirements:Constantly required to enter and exit vehicles. Ability to walk long distances.Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb, and sit for periods of time.
