We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. This position will be responsible for entering and tracking customer orders, updating spreadsheets, and processing customer claims. A successful candidate must show initiative, possess critical thinking skills, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities. We want team-oriented individuals who can effectively work with others to reach our common goals. Key Responsibilities: Problem resolution including order management and post sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints and issues regarding quality, credit/collections issues, and transportation in a professional manner. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Develop and maintain customer and client relationships. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Provide copies for the Sales Team as needed. Recipe for Success: Minimum of two (2) years performing customer support/administrative tasks in an office environment. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent customer support skills with a focus on problem-solving.
