Posted Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 4:00 AM General Job Description FreshRealm is seeking a Quality Control Technician for our Fulfillment Center to inspect and ensure all ingredients and items in boxes meet quality standards. This position is based at our Linden site with a pay range of $21-$25 per hour. Objectives of this Role Assist the Specialist with Gold Standard and table setup. Continuously audit bins of finished products (at least once per hour per table, every 15 minutes for automated prep). Assist the Specialist in calling the line and ensuring accuracy. Audit pack lines at least twice per hour. Audit finished boxes continuously (minimum of three boxes per hour). Document all audits in the Quality Tool Suite. Notify the Specialist and Quality Auditor of any issues. Attend monthly refresher trainings with the Quality team. Participate in start-up communications with the Quality team. Skills and Requirements Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Flexible availability, including night and weekend shifts. Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to handle exposure to temperatures from freezing to sub-freezing (coolers, freezers). Ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, with or without reasonable accommodation. Experience / Education Qualifications related to the role are preferred but not specified in detail.
