WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: (Job Duties)

• Prepare analyses, schedules, and presentations in support of quarterly earnings updates, Board of Directors presentations, Executive Committee meetings, and other senior leadership presentations. • Regularly prepare detailed ad-hoc statistical analyses on a variety of topics including business conditions, demand trends and pricing trends. • Work alongside the rest of the RM, Business Intelligence, and Commercial Strategy teams to develop and improve revenue tools and Power BI Dashboards with the goal of facilitating better decision making, reporting and forecasting, and additional automation. • Monitor, update, and support taxes and fees reconciliation process for the company in collaboration with Finance and Port Operations. • Coordinate financial reporting for revenue and cost sharing between Ticket, Onboard, and Ancillary revenue, and define, monitor, and implement any associated Revenue Standards to support this function. • Support Planning Manager in developing reporting, targets, tracking, and forecasts for channel level targets. • Collaborate with Finance, Deployment, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting for all charter and incentive contracts. • Serve as a key contributor in the development of a ticket revenue forecast of more than $200 million, plus provide support for other auxiliary revenue forecasts.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR: (Requirements)

• Bachelor's degree from four-year University required • Advanced degree (MBA or MA) preferred • 3 or more years work experience in an analytical field • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills • Familiarity with revenue management concepts and aptitude for problem solving. • Demonstrated ability to organize, analyze, and interpret large and complex volumes of data to deliver useful insights to peers and senior leadership. • Ability to logically structure complex quantitative analyses. • Travel industry knowledge and experience desirable • Working knowledge of Power BI preferred • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to business and technical audiences in both spoken and written formats. • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities independently on an ongoing basis and exemplify strong time-management skills. • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver high quality, clear and concise presentations required. Ability to get across the “why” and not just the “what”. • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated professional maturity
