Job Objective: Assist with administrative support and deliver outstanding customer service. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deal Directly with customers either by telephone or email
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: copying, faxing, mailing andfiling
  • Processing daily invoicing duties, communicating with internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate and communicate customer orders/questions/requests with operations and sales teams.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Set up new customers
  • Process orders, forms, applications and request
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Track, purchase manage stock of office and kitchen supplies asneeded
  • Prepare correspondence andpresentations
  • Prepares and coordinate mail, faxes, and expresspackages.
  • Manage other tasks (ongoing or project) as deemed necessary bymanagement
  • Work on special projects asneeded
  • Must be able to analyze situations for safety and practicability, and deal with problems involving few concrete variables infairly standardizedsituations.
  • Must demonstrate a professional, courteous demeanor to both customers and coworkers andkeep safety in mind at all times.
