DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Financial Staff Accountant duties will include and are not limited to the managing of the following areas:

  1. Preparing journal entries
  2. Reconciling general ledger accounts
  3. Assist in month end closing
  4. Assist in preparation of financial statements
  5. Analyzing and identifying issues with cost center profitability
  6. Preparing cost center budgets and tracking differences with actual cost
  7. Recording asset purchases for depreciation, asset tracking and return on asset analysis
  8. Providing financial analysis help to management

  10. Reconcile bank accounts and other various accounts monthly
  11. Files tax forms with local government agencies, federal and state
  12. Meet reporting deadlines monthly
  13. Prepare documents for external auditors
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  2. Strong analytical skills
  3. Strong interpersonal skills.
  4. Attention to detail.
  5. Competitive Salary with Quarterly Bonus potential
