The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating projects valued between $80M-$100M. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee a team of two Estimators, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all estimates. Develop detailed cost estimates for high-end commercial construction projects. Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Maintain and update estimating databases, systems, and processes. Provide mentorship and guidance to the estimating team, fostering a culture of excellence. Qualifications: 5-10+ years of experience in high-end commercial construction estimating. Proven track record of estimating projects in the $80M-$100M range. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must align with company culture; this is critical for success in this role. Why Join Us? Minimal Travel: 90% of projects are local to the Louisville area, with very minimal travel required. Flexible Compensation: While the salary is around $130k, we are willing to adjust for the right candidate. Single Coverage is $30 pay period and Family is $300 pay period. 401k match 100% up to 3%, with a max of 4%.
