Who are you?

You will be responsible for the development of new business of regional Trust, Brokerage and Insurance activities and promotes financial services. You will also assume responsibility for ensuring the optimum efficiency and effectiveness of account and investment administration when applicable.

You will be responsible for:

Identifying and developing financial services prospects and contacts and recurring fee business and commission-based business consistent with goals established by the Division Manager. You will seek referrals of friends, relatives, neighbors, etc. during meetings with satisfied clients.

Promote financial services and products. Meet with centers of influence at least annually, as well as public speaking events, and participate in at least one community organization.

You will develop relationships with branch offices, and schedule meetings with key personnel to ask for referrals. You will also conduct brokerage training in each branch annually.

Provides investment management and basic retirement services

Manages and nurtures client relationships. Dependent upon account relationships, this may be accomplished with assistance of other personnel, and may be a face-to-face meeting, oral or written communication.

Reviews administrative and investment matters. Assures prompt, accurate and thorough administration of assigned accounts in accordance with current policies and procedures that are in place. Reviews governing instruments annually. Monitors additions to accounts and assures appropriate investment of same.

Keeps informed of financial services related developments and complies with policies, procedures, and laws. Obtains and maintains a professional designation that is job-related and in accordance with division's strategic plan. Attends applicable advanced professional-related schooling as deemed appropriate by management.

Requirements:

You will need a Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of previous related experience and/or training

OR

an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certifications required within 6 months of employment:

Series 63, 65 (or equivalent), and Series 7

Certifications required within 1 year of employment: PA Life and Health insurance license

You will demonstrate well-developed abilities and/or proven record of success in the following areas:
