LSSI is seeking a full-time **Food Service Manager**, Monday through Friday. Responsible for food and supply ordering, menu creation, staff scheduling, human resource development, housekeeping and cleanliness.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

* 3-4 years culinary supervisor experience desired

* State Sanitation Manager Professional Licensure/Certifications

* Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software.
